You should include calcium and low fat proteins in your diet and whatever you eat; you should chew well and eat slowly in order to avoid any discomfort to the stomach. To help yourself maintain your body after liposuction, you must follow a healthy diet which includes fishes like salmon or other freshwater fish, skinless poultry, brown rice, low fat dairy products, wholegrain, egg white, green vegetables, carrots, fresh fruits, soy based foods, green tea, food supplements and healthy fats like seeds, nuts, olive oil and avocado which are all rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Weight loss is possible if you follow a good diet and stick to it.
